Services & competencies
We take care of the complete set-up of your payroll data as well as your statutory reporting and recording obligations with the employment office, tax office, health insurance companies etc. We always work closely and trustingly with the tax consultants at Hansa Partner or your external tax consultants. We primarily use DATEV LODAS or Lohn & Gehalt and provide you with all the benefits, such as Arbeitnehmer online, DATEV Personal or special evaluations from the data analysis system.
CURRENT PAYROLL ACCOUNTING
From recording your payroll data to sending out evaluations - we ensure smooth data exchange for your company:
- Recording payroll data, from changes of address and company cars to sabbaticals with credit balances
- Setting up the personnel master data for new employees and managing payroll accounts
- Carrying out payroll accounting and the legally required data transfer
- Providing monthly payroll evaluations
- Creating payment files as SEPA files for your online banking or as payment orders to your bank
CERTIFICATES I NOTIFICATIONS I APPLICATIONS I PERSONNEL COSTS
As an employer, you are obliged to prepare a wide variety of certificates, notifications and applications. We are happy to take on these time-consuming and sometimes tedious tasks for you:
- Identification of various alternatives for upcoming wage and salary increases and an immediate overview of the financial impact
- Preparation of employee certificates and applications for social security institutions, employment offices, health insurance funds, insurance companies, etc.
- Preparation of reports to health insurance funds and employers' liability insurance associations
- Preparation of annual pay slips for the employers' liability insurance association (BG report)
- Answering inquiries from health insurance funds/tax office regarding pay slips or wage tax returns
ARCHIVING
With a six to ten-year retention obligation for all payroll documents, this adds up to quite a lot: You can save yourself space and effort, because we take over the archiving of your wage evaluations in accordance with GDPdU requirements:
- Provision of the evaluation data on a payroll archive CD
- Provision of the data as an electronic transfer for tax and social security audits
Do you need support with more specialized and complicated billing forms? We will be happy to help you:
- Support for company audits in the area of social security and payroll tax
- Calculation of vacation provisions in accordance with the German Income Tax Act (EStG) and German Commercial Code (HGB)
